DESIGN NOTES:

Full flowing skirt in alternating sections of technical cady crêpe and tech stretch satin with a wide textured stretch waistband fastened at the side hip with a silver metal zip. Flaring shape is created by series of diagonal panels and curved bands rotating around the skirt, decorated with overstitched grosgrain ribbons inset godets and twisted seams create an irregular multi-point fluted hem.
