Pull-on skirt in tech velvet bonded with tech jersey. Wide stretch elastic waistband. Full skirt is cut in multi-directional long rectangular with seams radiating from the waist panels to create different effects of light and shade. Skirt finishes with wide band above the hem. Inseam side pockets.
