Unnecessary Product Return
The customer has the right to return the products he purchased without any cost and without having to explain the reason for his decision to return the products within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. Return costs are borne by the store.

Returns will only be accepted after the product to be returned has been inspected. The product must be in the exact same condition as it was delivered.
In all cases of return, it is the customer’s responsibility to return all documents accompanying the product intact and in perfect condition (eg invoice, retail receipt).
In case of return, the store offers an immediate replacement of the product with another product of the buyer’s choice or a credit for the price with a duration of six (6) months and no refund.
